Hanseatic League of Universities is the university alliance named after the Hanseatic League which existed from the 12th century through the 17th century as a confederation of approximately 190 cities in Europe to protect the citizens’ safety in life and freedom in the economy.
HLU is open to all universities, colleges, schools and any institutions of higher education which seek innovation in research and education. There are no membership or annual fees up through the Third Conference next year. We would like to invite you to join HLU now as a full and regular member.
